We have well experienced and friendly three reception staff and a nurse who will be attentive to your needs, and they will be more than happy to answer any of your questions.
It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information with strict confidentiality requirements and is available only to authorised staff.
Your doctor will seek your permission to be included in our reminder system that issue reminder notices offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care.
If you are moving and require a copy of the contents of your medical file, a fee of $50 including GST is applicable prior to releasing the records.
We are opened five days a week (from 8:30 am to 6 pm) and closed on weekends and public holidays. For non-life-threatening emergencies that fall outside of these times call 13 99 99 for ‘Dial a Home Doctor’ service. For any emergencies that require an instant response please dial 000.
If an emergency is considered to be non-life threatening but considered a priority our staff will attempt to connect you directly to a doctor.
For all other appointments if you are not able to use our online instant booking system, please call us on (02) 4950 2338 and we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time.

For advice and health care after hours, phone 13 99 99 ‘Dial a Home Doctor’ can provide telephone advice to help you to decide what to do, and if you need to see a GP after hours, you will be directed to the nearest clinic or a GP will complete a home visit. .
Our Doctors have are members of through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), a process that involves special training and professional development
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please discuss it with your doctor or the senior receptionist, or you can fill out a patient feedback form and put it in the feedback box at the reception.
We do not believe that it is in the best interests of your health to issue repeat prescriptions and referrals without seeing you. Please ensure that all your prescriptions and referrals are up-to-date when consulting your doctor.
